AudiUser01 Get yourself Carista OBD device off Amazon. OBD Eleven will also do the trick. Personally, Carista is cheaper and has a greater number of mods (for me for the 2020MY A5) whereas OBD Eleven having used it for a few years as rude and delayed tech support from the guy who developed it and is more expensive.

Thebattery voltage is probably due to not having run the car other than for diagnostics over the last 8 weeks. I assume the 2009 is due to disconnecting the battery to reset the ECM but not updating time date. I will run a scan with the engine running and look into the battery issue. I am scrounging for clues on this one.

Ineed to know how to reset "sevice due" on 09 A4.I tried the reset all kind of things in the vag-com and all it did was reset oil interval,which can be done from menu in the car. Please help.

32834. Location. USA. VCDS Serial number. HC100001. '53 Distance since Inspection' and '55 Time since Inspection', so that's not the problem. However, channel 02 has a 2 in it, indicating service is due.. What happens if you just manually go there and save a '0' to Channel 02? -Uwe-.
